1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BragJournal ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on BragJournal for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

In no event shall BragJournal or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BragJournal, even if BragJournal or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

Public materials appearing on BragJournal could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. BragJournal does not warrant that any materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current.

6. Links

BragJournal has not reviewed all sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by BragJournal.

7. Modifications

BragJournal may revise these terms of service for its Service at any time without notice. By using this Service, you agree to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account on BragJournal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and to notify BragJournal immediately of any unauthorized use.

9. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to any content, data, or materials you submit, post, or display on BragJournal (collectively, "User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant BragJournal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service.

10. Prohibited Conduct

11. Payments and Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. For subscriptions, if you cancel, billing will stop at the end of your current billing period. Refund requests for prorated cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

12. Termination

BragJournal may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
