• Clerk: Authentication and account management. May receive your name, email address, username, authentication identifiers, Stripe customer ID, and paid-access status. Privacy policy

• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription billing. May receive your name, email address, billing and payment details, BragJournal and authentication identifiers, selected plan, and purchase-source information. Privacy policy
• PostHog: Product, revenue, and AI analytics. Person profiles may include your email address, name, username, Stripe customer ID, and BragJournal and authentication identifiers. PostHog may also receive device and usage data, billing and revenue events, AI inputs such as achievement notes, documents, and ingested email evidence, and AI-generated outputs. Privacy policy
• OpenAI: AI processing to generate brag documents and analyze your achievements. Receives User Content including achievement notes, documents, and ingested email evidence. Under our current OpenAI API configuration, API inputs and outputs are not used to train OpenAI's models. Privacy policy
• Sentry: Error monitoring and performance tracing. May receive diagnostic and performance data, your IP address, device and request information, the context surrounding an error, and account identifiers such as your Clerk user ID, email address, and username or name. Privacy policy
• Plunk: Transactional email delivery. Receives your email address and the contents of the messages we send you, such as verification emails. Privacy policy
• Sequenzy: Automated email sequences and email marketing. May receive your email address, subscriber attributes used for segmentation or personalization, email content, and engagement data such as deliveries, opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes. Privacy policy
• Discord: Internal administrative and operational notifications to our team. Alerts may include your name, email address, BragJournal, Clerk, and Stripe identifiers, plan and payment information, subscription status, cancellation details, and feedback or comments you provide when canceling.
